Q3. How can I set sleep mode?
A3. The band will automatically enter into sleep mode at 10am – 8am. After 8am, the apk will sync the smartband’s sleep data.
Q4. Can I see message on the band?
A4. sorry, message can not be seen on band. The band will only alert.
Q5. Can I see phone number or contact name on band?
A5. If your phone is android system, it’s ok. If your phone is IOS system, there is only vibrate alert, no name or number display.
Q6. How can I use the Anti-lost function?
A6. When your phone is away 10m from the band, your phone will alert.
You can also enter the APK to click “find phone”, your band will alert.
Q7. Can I use it the band to find my phone?
A7. Sorry, it can not. you can only use your phone to find the band.
Q8. Why my band still display heart rate data when it put it on desk?
A8.  About the heart rate monitor, because it’s optical chip, when the light mets obstacles, band will display data. But only when you wear it, the data is accurate.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
